- Meeting with families to plan, coordinate, and oversee funeral arrangements, ensuring all services are meaningful and tailored to their wishes
- Providing thoughtful guidance on burial or cremation options, keeping the family’s emotional and cultural needs in mind
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as Schedule Desk, Care Center, and cemeteries to ensure seamless service delivery
- Overseeing documentation and permits related to death certificates, transportation, and burial or cremation processes
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld
This is a primary arrangements and services role. All Funeral Directors may be required to assist with other professional duties as needed, including evening on-call rotations, transfers, decedent preparation, and oversight of Receptionists and Drivers during services.

Requirements
Pay: $65,000-$95,000 per year

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage competing priorities and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Ability to work independently with confidence and initiative, as well as collaboratively with a diverse, rotating team, recognizing both as essential to success
- Comprehensive knowledge of funeral service best practices, as well as Minnesota laws and regulations
- Proficiency with computer systems and related technology
- Physical ability to lift, pull, or push up to 150 pounds using our transport gurneys and equipment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Pay: $65,000-$95,000 per year
