Sarah Michelle Brengman

Sarah Michelle Brengman was born on October 14, 1986 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Sylvia and Warren Brengman. She went to be with Lord on December 16, 2025, after a well fought battle with life-long illnesses. Sarah had a rare and beautiful gift- her ability to light up a room was truly something to behold. Her presence brought warmth, laughter, and an unmistakable sense of joy wherever she went. She had a way of making people feel welcome, seen, and happy simply by being herself. Sarah found her greatest happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She deeply loved being around people, especially her family members and friends. Family get-togethers, church socials or a Target run would all turn into a fun adventure. Mani-pedis and haircuts were to be enjoyed with coffee, soda, and lots of pictures. Football Sundays were a day of dressing in purple and gold and cheering on her favorite team. She was a faithful Vikings fan, who could not be swayed. She enjoyed watching America's Funniest Home Videos, Wipeout, Golden Girls all while eating pizza and drinking soda. Sarah was joyful and deeply loving, with a smile and laugh that could not be ignored and would linger long after the moment passed. She believed that all babies and all dogs were meant to be kissed and loved- a simple belief that perfectly reflected the tenderness and affection she carried in her heart. The Brengman family would like to thank: Dr Sue Berry, Dr Jill Rorinson, Dr Jill Gettings, Dr Anne Kelly, Accurate Home Care, Crisland Care, Davita Dialysis, ACCRA Care, Rise CIP, Handi Medical, PHS, Mike at Cub Pharmacy, Julie at Anoka County, Sherri at Bluestone, and the many caregivers over the years who dedicated their time, compassion, and care to Sarah. Sarah is proceeded in death by her grandparents: Vernon and Mary Ann Brengman of Crystal, MN and Phil Sanchez of Arroyo Seco, NM; brother Marcus of Andover, MN and uncle Clifford Sanchez of Arroyo Seco, NM. She is survived by her parents, Warren and Sylvia of Coon Rapids, MN; sister Consuelo (Joseph) Genin of Duluth, MN, Carlo Brengman of Fort Hood, TX; grandparents: Maria and Felipe Romo of Melbourne, Fl, uncles Steve Sanchez (MaryEllen), Manuel Romo (Dawn), Michael and Gregory (Jennifer) Brengman; aunts Cindy Brengman, Kris Fuller and Cheryl Eckerman; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Current caregivers: Catriece, Tammi, Addie, Emily, Melada, Nancy, Kiya, Renata, and Chelsea. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, December 30th at 10:30am with visitation one hour prior at The Church of The Epiphany, 1900 111th Ave NW, Coon Rapids. Visitation will also be held the evening of Monday, December 29th from 4-6pm, with a Rosary service at 6pm, at the Washburn-McReavy Coon Rapids Chapel.
