Celebrating the Life of John Michael Reardon September 13, 1938 - October 25, 2025 John Michael Reardon, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and esteemed member of his community, peacefully passed away, leaving behind a legacy of inspiration, warmth, and wisdom. Born with a passion for life and a deep love for his Irish heritage, John touched countless lives through his roles as an entrepreneur, educator, spiritual leader, and storyteller. Proud entrepreneur and founder of Phoenix Process Consultants (1984), John was a prolific author and a legendary storyteller, whose words brought joy and insight to all who listened. He was a lover of all things Celtic, steadfast spiritual leader, and community builder. His commitment to family was unwavering-John was a dedicated and devoted husband of 65 years to the love of his life, Phyllis, and a proud and loving father of 5 children Sean (Melissa), Erin (Mark), Brendan (Renee), Brian (Kerynda) and Megan, and grandfather of 9 grandchildren Justin (Daniel), Kyle, Brendan (Ali), Courtney (Patrick), Grace, Liam (Meghan), Elizabeth, Michaela (Austin), Katie, and great-granddaughter Violet. John was brother to Marie and Jim Reardon. He was preceded in death by his grandson Kyle. A lifelong teacher and learner, John served as a teacher, youth minister, counselor/therapist, and consultant, always seeking to uplift those around him. His playful spirit made him a purveyor of shenanigans and an infamous instigator of conversation, fostering laughter and connection wherever he went. John's legacy will continue to shine in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to have known him. He will be remembered not only for his accomplishments but for the love, kindness, and inspiration he shared throughout his remarkable life. John's funeral will take place at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, MN 55347 on Saturday, November 15. Visitation will begin at 9:00am, followed by his funeral mass at 11:00am followed by a reception. Pax Christi will provide a livestream of the funeral mass.
