Drew Von Fisher

Drew Von Fisher, age 18, of Eden Prairie, passed away on August 9, 2026, following a tragic car accident. Drew graduated in 2025 from Eden Prairie High School where he also played baseball. He aspired to a career in public service, hoping to become a firefighter. He was raised in a loving home and shared a close bond with his mother, Michele Fisher, who was an unending source of love and guidance throughout his life. He cherished his family and friends and valued time with loved ones above all else. Drew was a beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin, godson, friend, and so much more. Those who mourn his passing do so with sorrow, but also with lasting gratitude for the time they were fortunate to have shared with him. Drew lived his life with a caring heart and generous spirit that moved all who knew him. Drew was known for the warmth of his smile, which could brighten even the sourest of days. He will be remembered for the promise he held and the countless ways he improved the lives of others in the time he had. Whether through an always offered helping hand or something as simple as a moment of laughter, he made an impact that reached far beyond what he may have realized. His faith and love for Jesus was an integral part of his life and helped shape the values he carried with him each day. It gave him comfort and strength, and it was reflected in the way he lived with kindness, generosity, and optimism. Drew is survived by his mother, Michele Fisher, and by the many relatives, friends, and others whose lives were enriched by his presence. Though his journey ended far too soon, the joy he shared will continue to live on in those who knew and loved him. A funeral service to honor Drew's life will be held on Saturday, August 15, at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Church, 9301 Eden Prairie Rd., Eden Prairie, MN, with visitation one hour prior to the service and interment to follow at Lakewood Cemetery.
