Clarence Wilfred Tweh, Sr.

With hearts full of sorrow yet anchored in the hope of Christ, the family of the late Mr. Clarence W. Tweh Sr. announces his peaceful transition from this life into the loving arms of his Heavenly Father. Clarence was called home on Sunday, May 31, 2026, in Minnesota, USA, at the age of 51. Clarence lived a life marked by purpose, generosity, and unwavering faith. A visionary, an entrepreneur and a devoted servant‑leader. He was the Founder and CEO of Snyder HealthCare Systems Inc. and a steadfast pillar within the Liberian community. His leadership was defined by excellence, compassion, and a deep commitment to uplifting others. Clarence served on many boards leading and directing his community, including Miracle Redemption Christian Center (MRCC), his church, where he also served as compliance officer. His dedication to education, community advancement, and legacy‑building was evident in every role he embraced. He faithfully served as a proud member of Organization of Liberians in Minnesota(OLM) and as a board member of the Organization of Liberian Women in Minnesota (OLWMN), where he held the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors from June 2024 until the Lord called him home. Clarence served with integrity, diligence, and a heart for community service. A proud alumnus of Cathedral Catholic High School, Class of 1994/95 (Falcons). Clarence remained an active member of the CSAA Minnesota Chapter, the CSEF Board, and served as Project Lead for the Cathedral Catholic School Renovation. He was an active board member of the Liberian Business Association. Clarence was also the visionary behind a groundbreaking 302‑bedroom healthcare system project currently underway in Careysburg, Liberia. This is an initiative that reflects his lifelong passion for creating access, opportunity, and healing. As the founder of MAC Global, a construction company operating in Liberia, he continued to build not only structures, but legacy. Above all his accomplishments, Clarence's greatest joy was his family. He was a devoted husband, loving father, caring son, supportive brother, dependable uncle, and loyal friend. His wisdom, humility, and gentle spirit touched lives across the United States, Liberia, India, South Africa, Ghana, and beyond. He lived with a servant's heart, always giving more than he received, always lifting others higher. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved Wife, Children, Mother, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and a host of relatives, friends, and loved ones across the United States, Liberia, and around the world. Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing that Clarence has entered eternal rest, where there is no pain, no sorrow, and no goodbyes only the everlasting peace of God.
