(Formo) Age 88, of Hopkins, passed away peacefully at home on July 23, 2022. Preceded in death on January 28, 2022, by beloved husband of 67 years, Ordell J. Olson, parents, two sisters, one brother and many in-laws. Survived by children: Debra (Terry) Coss, Kathy (Jeffrey) Haynes, Steven Olson, Julie (Craig) Nasvik; grandchildren: Lauren (Tom) Kukla, Tyler (Amy) Haynes, Trevor (Amber) Haynes, Steven (Carrie) Nasvik, Kelly (Derick Metzger) Coss, Kristen (Steven) Bieret, Peter (Lauren) Nasvik, Jack (Kyla) Nasvik, Joseph (Whitney) Nasvik; great-grandchildren: Hudson, Ole, Aurora, Kennedy, Kaden, Hadley, Harlow, Elsie, Margaret, Kirk, Sonny; sister-in-law Shirley Formo, brothers-in-law John (Pris) Folin, Vernon (Rhea) Olson, and many nieces and nephews. Ruby was a homemaker who enjoyed time with family and friends. She relished her time with Ordell at their Bay Lake cabin, especially when their whole family was there with them. Ruby was much loved by family and friends and will be missed by all. Visitation Monday, 8/1/22, 4-7pm at Washburn-McReavy, 1400 Main St. Hopkins, MN. Funeral Tuesday, 8/2/22 at 11am with visitation at 10am at Mizpah UCC, 412 5th Ave. N., Hopkins with lunch immediately following the service at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 715 Mtka Mills Rd, Hopkins. Private interment at Ft. Snelling. Memorials preferred to Gethsemane Lutheran Church.
