Mary Carol Westgard

August 1, 1942 - April 28, 2022

Mary Carol Westgard, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away at age 79 on April 28, 2022. She was born on August 1, 1942, and was a lifelong resident of Edina, MN, where she graduated high school, married Richard Westgard, raised 4 children, and attended Grace Church. Mary was affectionately referred to as "GG" by her great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by husband Richard, grandson Jonathan, and great-grandson Jiovanni. She is survived by children Diane, Patti, David, and Julie (Corey); grandchildren Marc, Jenna, Ryan, Kayla, Jessica, Anna, Emily, Elizabeth, Justin, and Jacob; 7 great-grandchildren, brother Richard Jacobson, and many nieces and nephews. She loved them all equally, and would proudly display photos of them on her tablet computer in the halls of her living facility.
