Geisler, Mary Ellen (O'Connor) age 70, of Bloomington passed away in Naples, Florida, on March 7, 2022. Mary Ellen was born in Belle Plaine, Minnesota on February 11, 1952, and preceded in death by parents Helen and Russel O'Connor, brother Jack O'Connor and brother Steve (Jackie) O'Connor. Survived by husband Jim Geisler of 49 years; children, Amy (Jay) Forness and Tim (Kimi) Geisler; grandchildren, Derek, Devin, Colin and Erin Forness, Finnegan, Sullivan and Bellamy Geisler; sisters, Samantha O'Connor and Katie Born, brothers, Jim (Donna), Bob, Denny (Cathy), Terry and Danny O'Connor. Mary Ellen was diagnosed with renal cancer on Monday, February 14, and died just twenty-one short days later. Up until her final days, she lived an incredibly active and healthy lifestyle filled with adventure. She was a hardworking woman who lived every day to its fullest. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who truly enjoyed life, her family & friends and numerous social groups. She was such a positive person and her energy would fill the air when she entered the room.
