Jean Olson Bristol

April 5, 1929 - April 15, 2022

Bristol, Jean Olson age 93, of Plymouth MN passed away on April 15 with her children at her side. Jean was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, and by her loving husband of 54 years Stuart L. Bristol. She was born April 5, 1929 and grew up in Underwood ND. After a year at Jamestown College, Jean moved to the Twin Cities where she met and married Stu. They made their home and raised their children in Plymouth MN, where Jean enjoyed cooking & baking, travel, volunteering, following every local sports team - especially the Twins and Vikings - and spending cherished time with her family. She was known for her quick smile, fun sense of humor and very generous heart. Jean is loved and will be deeply missed by her son Chuck (Doreen) Bristol, daughter Sandy (Mike) Mullaney, grandsons Steve (Joe) Mullaney, Mark (Mary Kate) Mullaney, Billy Mullaney, Paul Bristol and Brian Bristol, great-grandson Lincoln Mullaney, and many dear friends. A Celebration of Life for Jean will be held Friday April 29 at 11:00am at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church of Plymouth, 12235 Old Rockford Rd, Plymouth MN. Visitation will be at 10:00am, immediately preceding the service.
