Earlene E. Thompson Age 92 of Edina, MN passed away April 12, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Earl and Doris (Latham) Hayes and infant daughter, Lisa Rae. Born May 10, 1929 in Howard Lake; graduated 1948 Cokato High School. Survived by cherished sister, Dorene Wessman, longtime companion and loving husband Pete Coleman, daughters, Dixie Jo, Cindy Lu, Heidi Ann, and Brenda Sue, stepchildren, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was infamous for baking an array of exquisite Christmas cookies and being an organized, talented gourmet in the kitchen with a passion for collecting and sharing delicious recipes. Thoughtful and creative, she was quick to share her artistry in gorgeous handmade cards. Always friendly and outgoing, she loved regular trips to Jerry's Edina to talk with friends and enjoy a meal or cup of coffee.
