Alexander George Freie

He graduated from Edina High School and received his Bachelors degree from the University of St. Thomas. He is preceded in death by his mother, Julie Freie, and grandfathers, Russell Carlson and Marvin Freie. Alex is survived by his father, Gary, twin brother, Jonathan, grandmothers, Beverly and Lois, girlfriend, Bethany, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. A stand up guy, Al lit up a room, and will be remembered for his love of the game of golf, hockey, boating, hunting, exploring new places, and socializing with friends and family. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday May 24th from 5pm-7pm at Washburn-McReavy in Edina, MN. Celebration of Life is Wednesday, 5/25 at 11am with visitation 1 hour prior at Christ Presbyterian Church (CPC) in Edina, MN and followed by a luncheon afterwards at the church.
