Timothy Mark Miller

Timothy Mark Miller, of Shoreview, passed away at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, on November 26, 2019 after complications from a heart attack at the age of 59. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Eva and Adolph, as well as his brother-in-law, Diodoro. He is lovingly remembered by his siblings, Carol (Ricardo), Betty, Sue, Mary (Lenny) and Rey (Julie), as well as nieces and nephews, Becky (Rob), David, Danny (Heather), Brenda (Jim), Judy (Sergio), Diana (Chuck), Erik, Peter (Ali), Kyle and Chris (Dayna). He is also survived by 18 great nieces and nephews. Tim was born to his loving parents in Escanaba, Michigan on March 11, 1960, and the family moved to Minnesota in 1966. He graduated from Mounds View High School in 1979 and went on to earn an Associate's Degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College. In addition to being a loving brother and uncle, Tim also enjoyed meeting new people, socializing with friends, working on puzzles, spending time with dogs and cheering on his favorite football teams (Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers). He loved getting together with his breakfast buddies at Byerly's and although Tim never served, he held a strong reverence for the United States Military. A Type 1 diabectic, Tim committed to supporting others with the same disease and took part in the Walk for the Cure every year. Throughout his life, Tim held an unwavering faith in God, which he loved to share with others. He spent many years as a devoted member and usher at Bethlehem Baptist Church. A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 3rd from 5:00-8:00 PM at Holcomb-Henry-Boom-Purcell Funeral Home, 515 Hwy 96 W., at Mackubin, Shoreview. The Celebration of Tim's life will take place at Bethlehem Baptist Church North Campus 515 Program Avenue, Mounds View at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 4, with visitation from 10-11 AM prior to service at the Church. A light lunch will be provided after the service at the Church. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Roseville. Memorials in honor of Tim are preferred to Jericho Road Ministries, Bethlehem Baptist Church or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
