Judith Ann Pahlow

Judith Ann Pahlow passed away peacefully in Savage, MN, at the age of 85 on January 25, 2025, lovingly surrounded by her children and grandchildren, after a short battle with metastatic kidney cancer, leaving a legacy of devotion and kindness that will forever touch the hearts of those who knew her. Judy was born on November 21, 1939, to June (Wold) and Walter Zemke, in Turtle Lake Township, WI. She was raised on a dairy farm as the middle child with two sisters. She loved spending time with her dad and was usually found helping him on the tractor or doing chores together. She was married to Lloyd Pahlow for 40 years, and she managed the business they owned together, Barron Plumbing and Heating in Barron, WI. Much of her spare time outside of the business was spent doting on her 6 children. Judy loved traveling and in 1994 she graduated from college as a travel agent, followed by many years selling cruises, sailing the seas, and traveling the world, instilling this passion in her children and collecting treasured memories. Living in White Bear Lake, MN, she was proud to be an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. She could spend all day on the water, sailing and casting a line for the "big one". Judy lived a life deeply rooted in her belief in God, demonstrating this through acts of service, unwavering support for her friends and family, and an infectious spirit of positivity, even in the face of challenges. Her faith was a guiding light for many and her memory will continue to inspire us to live lives of compassion and love. Judy is survived by her children, Carrie Olwin, Connie (Robert) Glogowski, LuCinda (Dwight) Beebe, David (Joanna) Pahlow, and Jody (Brian) Farley, 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, sisters JoAnn Birkholz and Donna (David) Feidt, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friend, David Metty. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Colleen Mallick, and parents, June and Walter. We welcome you to join us for a memorial service to be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Redemption Lutheran Church, 927 E Old Shakopee Rd, Bloomington, MN, at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am and a lunch to be served afterwards.
