Remembering the Life of a Loving Father, Husband and Grandfather. Dennis Neumann born July 3, 1945, left this world on October 24, 2024, leaving a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the incredible life he led and the profound impact he made on the lives of his family and friends. Dennis dedicated an impressive 44+ years of his life as a tool and die mold maker, mastering his craft and leaving his mark on numerous projects. He was very committed to his work and had an unbelievable work ethic. Dennis retired at age 65 from a long, dedicated career. Dennis and his wife Renee met when they were 17 years old. They married in 1965 and were married for 59 years. They raised their family of two children, Scott and Denise in Roseville Minnesota and lived in their home over 50 years before moving into St. Therese Senior Living in Brooklyn Park in June of 2022. Dennis and Renee did almost everything together! They enjoyed bowling in their younger years, playing cards, playing bingo and going to the casino. They also helped take care of their grandkids and enjoyed taking them to the park, fishing and watching their sporting events. Dennis had socks that said "cool grandpa" that he wore proudly! His grandchildren held a special place in his heart. His profound love for them will forever be cherished. Dennis had an uncanny ability to build, fix, and tinker with things. He rarely sat still and was always busy doing something! He also enjoyed golfing and after retirement joined a senior men's golfing league. He enjoyed watching the Vikings, Twins and his favorite show was the Price is Right! He loved cars and always kept his looking brand new! He had a fondness for old, classic cars and enjoyed going to car shows. To his family, Dennis will always be remembered as a loving and devoted father and husband. In this time of grief, let us remember Dennis with fondness and gratitude for the incredible person he was. Dennis is survived by his beloved spouse, Renee, their children Scott Neumann (Sue), Denise Venus (Kere), and their adoring grandchildren, Aubrey, Noah and Mikayla, his brother Chuck Neumann (Candy) and nieces and nephews. His memory will be cherished, and his spirit will live on through the love and memories shared by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Washburn-McReavy in Shoreview Minnesota to honor Dennis Neumann on Wednesday October 30th, 2024. The visitation will be at 2:00 pm with a service following at 3:00 pm. Though he may no longer be physically present, Dennis's spirit will forever guide us. May he find eternal peace, knowing the profound impact he made during his time with us.
