Chase Triston Rodero

Chase Triston Rodero passed away on February 7, 2023. A kind, gentle soul, Chase is remembered for the love he dedicated as a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. Chase touched many lives during his 23 years. Those who were lucky enough to know him and love him are in great mourning over his passing. Chase was born on July 1, 1999, to his parents, Michelle and Augie. Chase was adored the second he entered this world, being the first baby boy, grandson, and nephew within his family. Chase's childhood was filled with fun and adventure, spent alongside his sisters, Caitlyn and Sierra, cousins, Ben and Livia, and his best friend Mo; A rag-tag little tribe that spent their formative years in tandem, finding memories to be made in empty fields, mountains to be conquered in piles of snow. Growing up in Fridley and Brooklyn Center, Chase had many friends that shared his interests in WWE, football, baseball, and airsoft. Chase grew into a brilliant and courageous young man. Chase obtained his GED in 2019, and recently started school at North Hennepin Community College where he intended to pursue a degree in computer science. Chase surprised his family and friends each day with the reach of his mind and soul. Chase loved music, history, podcasts and Packers football. His love for music was vast and his favorite artist was Lil Peep, whom his pitbull, Gus, was named after. Chase was an avid gamer with a close network of friends. Chase's friends Salo, Zach, Bryan, Isaiah, Ollie and Trayvon have been part of his life for many years. Being some of his closest friends, each of them meant a lot to Chase. The impact Chase had on others was profound. Chase valued the relationships in his life and loved fiercely and protectively. Chase had a great sense of humor and could light up a room with his smile and laughter. Chase will forever be missed by his parents Augie and Michelle; sisters Caitlyn and Sierra; Grandmother Vivienne; aunts Nikki and Shannon; uncle Rob; cousins Ben, Livia, Carter and Cohen; Brother-in-law Michael; Best friend Mo; and his beloved dogs Gus, Scooter and Champ, as well as his dog-niece Nova. Chase is preceded in death by Grandmother Janet, Grandfather Gary, and cousin Nathan.
