Allen Forseth

Allen Oscar Forseth, age 84, of Minnetonka, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on June 2, 1940, in Spooner, Wisconsin, Allen was the son of Oscar and Ardys Forseth. He was a kind and gentle man, known for his sense of humor and his desire to be a light to everyone he met. Allen touched many lives through his warmth, generosity, and deep faith. Allen worked as an electronic technician at Honeywell for 36 years. While attending Wisconsin State College - Superior, he met Patricia Kittleson (Griglak), and they married in 1961, raising four children together before divorcing in 1973. Later that year, Allen met Doris Forseth (Williams) in Hopkins, Minnesota. They married in 1982 and lovingly blended their families, raising eight children in total. After Allen met Doris, his faith became a cornerstone of his life. Through their shared involvement in the church, he found Christ and placed his trust in Him to deliver him to his final destination. He remained active in Bible study and various church ministries, always striving to live out his beliefs with humility and love. He loved the outdoors-hunting, fishing, and camping-and cherished time spent with family. He also enjoyed playing cards, sharing laughter, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Allen is survived by his children: Greg (Anne) Forseth, Jeff (Sirlei) Forseth, Suzanne (Gary) Anderson, Bruce Williams, Bryan Williams, Cindy Williams, and Barry (Cheryl) Williams; his brothers, Dale (Pat) Forseth and George (Lucy) Forseth; and many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His legacy of love, humor, and unwavering faith lives on in all who had the honor of knowing him. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Redeemer Bible Church, 16205 MN-7, Minnetonka with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Graveside Services will begin at 1:30 pm on Friday at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Crystal, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Redeemer Bible Church - Kardia Ministries. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the residents and staff of the Beacon Hill community for their love and compassion. They also wish to thank Park Nicollet Methodist Hospice for their dedicated and supportive care during Allen's final days.
