     We are seeking Part-Time Receptionists to provide administrative support.  Part-Time hours vary based on the needs of the business and include weekdays, evenings and weekends. 

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Answering the phone and directing calls accordingly

    • Greeting guests and assisting as needed

    • Utilizing computer systems to communicate and record information

    • Providing assistance with service set-up

    • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Funeral Director

    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Computer proficiency
    • Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience with data entry, receptionist duties and/or computer knowledge
