    Scheduling Administrator

    We have an opportunity for a Scheduling Administrator.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Preparing Daily Schedule for a high-volume operation for all services and staff.
    • Effectively managing Funeral Director workloads and determining availability by incorporating PTO schedules, 5-hour shifts and 3-day weekends.
    • Managing Drivers/Funeral Assistants including assigning to services/other errands, training and participating in the hiring process.
    • Position requires starting at 6:00am at the Uptown Davies location & working every other weekend.


    • High School diploma required, college degree preferred
    • Minimum of three years of experience in an office/administrative role
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Self-directed - ability to effectively carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work effectively as a team member 
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
